Matthew Fosters is a Certified General Appraiser, Licensed General Contractor and practicing affiliate of the Appraisal Institute. He is licensed in North Carolina and Virginia. He is a member of the International Right-of-Way Association and Gate City Rotary. He is a graduate of Appalachian State University and has been a resident of Greensboro since 1986.

Jacob Murphy
Jacob Murphy is a husband and father, and a full blooded Canadian. Spending his youth living on a mountain beside the sea, North Carolina has been the perfect landing spot for Jacob and his family of six.
With a background in leadership development and personnel management, Jacob decided to take advantage of the circumstances of 2020 to begin the journey toward becoming an appraisal professional. While assisting the firm with commercial appraisals whenever possible, Jacob's main focus is residential appraising.
